Chris Wentzel, Founder of Advisor-X, is a real estate strategist with 20 years’ experience. At Wasl Group, he led AED 25 billion in projects and advises UAE entities, transforming complex portfolios into high-performing investments through strategic insight and strong operational execution.
Ryan Mahoney
Founding Partner
Ryan Mahoney is a leading property services and proptech entrepreneur based in Dubai, with over 25 years of experience building some of the GCC’s most prominent real estate businesses. In 2002, he scaled Better Homes into the region’s largest real estate agency and later launched Masterkey, a global real estate CRM acquired in 2018. He was also a founding investor in Dubizzle, the MENA region’s largest classifieds platform, which was sold to Naspers in 2018.
Today, Ryan is the founder and Chairman of Cencorp, a fast-growing group of over 800 professionals serving all major segments of the property industry. Its portfolio includes established brands like Better Homes, CRC, and Strata Global, as well as newer ventures such as Octopus FM and Designfit.
Originally from Canada and raised in Dubai, Ryan lives in the city with his wife and three children.

Beyond real estate, Behnam co-founded Open Hub, a platform supporting startups and SMEs with licensing and corporate services. He also serves as a Director at DAFL, contributing to the strategic development of one of the region’s top football academies. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and multi-sector impact, Behnam continues to shape the UAE’s business environment with a focus on sustainable growth, innovation, and inclusive community building.
Aleh Baranouski

He previously led major commercial real estate investment transactions at CRC (Cencorp Group), delivering strong returns and helping shape Dubai’s property market. Building on that success, he founded multiple businesses addressing structural challenges and driving innovation in real estate. As a Partner at Redix, Aleh focuses on developing high-quality commercial workspaces that raise industry standards. He also launched Habi.ae, a leading PropTech platform transforming tenancy practices by improving transparency and accessibility for landlords and tenants. In addition to his business ventures, Aleh serves on the board of the PropTech Council - an NGO supported by the Dubai Land Department - where he contributes to the technological advancement of the UAE’s real estate sector. With a strategic, forward-thinking approach, Aleh continues to influence how real estate is built, transacted, and experienced. Originally from Belarus, he now resides in Dubai with his wife.

With a hands-on leadership style, a commitment to innovation, and a focus on optimizing efficiency, he brings deep expertise and strategic vision to drive organizational growth and development success.
Chris Wentzel

Chris Wentzel is the Founder of Advisor-X and a seasoned real estate strategist with over 20 years of leadership experience across development, asset management, and business transformation.
He works with a wide range of regional private and public stakeholders and entities, including government bodies and major development firms. As a Director at Wasl Group for over 17 years, Chris oversaw AED 25 billion in projects, including large-scale mixed-use masterplans, hospitality assets, and strategic land developments. Notably, he developed the Jebel Ali Gate masterplan and has advised the Abu Dhabi Government’s asset management entity on key real estate strategies. His expertise lies in transforming complex portfolios into high-performing investments, blending strategic foresight with deep operational execution across the UAE’s evolving real estate landscape.
